Description
The project site is on a large open parcel located in Northern Nevada. It was constructed in 1995 and previously serves as a north operation center for a large-scale utility company. The design intention is to create two spaces for the Administrative Offices and the Cultural Center. The 21st century work environment has become more than open and private offices spaces. A successful workplace design can create an inspired and forward-thinking worker, retain current personnel, and attract new talents. The Cultural Center serve a dual function. The first providing amenities and support services to the Tribal Communities and the second to promote and educate mainstream society to the existence, evolution and cultural offerings of Native American people.
