Ingredients:
400g spaghetti
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add heavy cream, simmer, then add Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Gorgonzola cheeses, stirring until smooth.
Toss spaghetti in cheese sauce.
Fold in Ricotta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
